Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a core part of MMA, and this is our focus here at Carlson Gracie Sheen. We train and compete MMA out of our main academy in Hammersmith, and you would be able to upgrade your membership to include this. Please contact us to discuss this further.

Yes, we operate a bookings system for all classes and have limited numbers to keep class sizes small.
